PBO Scholarships: Empowering the Future Through Education

The PBO Scholarship Program offers the opportunity for high-achieving, low-income students to continue their education at the university or technical level, allowing them to access better opportunities and transform their lives. Thanks to this initiative, we have managed to award scholarships to 20% of the graduates from the Escuela Hogar del Niño, ensuring that talent and dedication are not limited by lack of resources.

The PBO Scholarship Program offers the opportunity for high-achieving, low-income students to continue their education at the university or technical level, allowing them to access better opportunities and transform their lives. Thanks to this initiative, we have managed to award scholarships to 20% of the graduates from the Escuela Hogar del Niño, ensuring that talent and dedication are not limited by lack of resources.

Since its creation in 2009, following the first graduating class of the Hogar del Niño, the PBO Scholarship Program has served as a bridge to a promising future. To date, we have awarded 161 scholarships to young people committed to their education, of which: •56 students are continuing their studies at prestigious universities in the country. •80 professionals have completed their education and are now successfully working in their respective careers, standing out for their commitment and excellence.

The impact of the PBO Scholarships goes beyond the individual student, generating a positive change in their families and community, and promoting sustainable development through education. The academic quality of our scholars is remarkable, with more than 50% graduating with honors, receiving titles such as Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude.
