On June 25, the sixteenth Graduation of the Hogar del Niño Comprehensive Education Center School and the first graduation of the Hogar del Niño Polytechnic were held, where 63 High School graduates successfully graduated and 6 PBO Scholarships were awarded to outstanding students.
Graduates, parents, teaching staff, members of the Board of Directors of the Patronato Benéfico Oriental (PBO) and guests gathered on the multi-purpose court of the Hogar del Niño facilities, where they enjoyed an activity full of emotion and satisfaction for having achieved a fundamental stage in the lives of these students.
The director of the Hogar del Niño School, Mercedes Lorenzo, gave the welcome speech; the President of the Patronato Benéfico Oriental, Xiomara Menéndez Dájer, addressed the graduates, while the Director of the Patronato Benéfico Oriental, Sandra Alvarado, presented the Academic Excellence recognition.
