Café de la Leche

Café de la Leche is a monthly initiative of the Patronato Benéfico Oriental (PBO) that brings together the community in a warm and supportive environment to support the nutrition of babies at Hogar del Niño. This social and charitable event, organized in different locations at Casa de Campo, has as its main objective the collection of milk and infant formula, essential for the healthy growth and development of the little ones.

Since its creation in 2001, this program has grown significantly, evolving from a small initiative to a fundamental pillar in child nutrition at Hogar del Niño. Currently, it provides nutrition to more than 250 babies, who consume approximately 900 bottles of milk per day. Thanks to the generosity of participants and hosts, Café de la Leche covers 80% of this need, ensuring these children receive adequate nutrition for their development.

More than just a gathering, Café de la Leche has become a tradition of solidarity where residents, collaborators, and friends come together to share, strengthen bonds, and contribute to a noble cause. Each edition of the event reaffirms PBO's commitment to children and community well-being, demonstrating that, together, it is possible to transform lives.
